My iced coffee tastes more like tea than coffee. What’s going on?

This place has terrible service when it comes to timing. If you're okay with waiting at least 30 minutes for a simple coffee, then feel free to give it a try. They often don’t have all the menu items available, and every time we've gone through the drive-thru, the wait has been excessively long.

It literally took about an hour for them to get my order, cashier could not speak loud. We have to reach over to hear what he is up saying. They have a short staff and the staff that they have has attitude to the customers.

This place is straight trash they work slow as hell takes forever to get a single coffee and the workers won’t call the order out when it’s done they just sit it on the counter until you say something to the dumb

Terrible customer service, went in this morning and the girl at the register looked up at me and didn't acknowledge me or asked me if she could help me with my order. The 4 other employees just looked at me and went into the back of the store. 5 employees and zero help. Don't bother going into the store early in the morning.
