Dunkin' - Martinsburg

I came in like 5 mins before close fully expected to be treated like an inconvenience. I was already upset and I think they could tell. (Kohen and esteban) might be spelled wrong. But they were soooo sweet they both had be crying laughing by the time I left! I ordered 2 XL hot coffees and I guess they were kinda old so kohen made me a fresh pot even though they were about to close! Such sweet boys I wish more dunkin workers were like them. thank you boys for making my night.

Crew on shift 2/24/24 around 1pm were on top of their game. The ordering went smoothly and it was some of the best food to come out of that place, job well done!

Another day, another 1 star review for a restaurant operating poorly post-covid.I woke up this morning, Valentines Day, knowing my lovely wife would want donuts. I 'm happy to report this dunkin can put the correct donuts in a box. They managed that. Just barely, I imagine. They don 't always get this right, so I considered leaving two stars for effort, but then I opened the dog food bag they put my bagel in and BOOM dry bagel.Who eats a dry, toasted, plain bagel? No one. Maybe some sort of misanthropic sociopath, but no normal human being eats a dry bagel.They also managed to forget a bottled drink. Take this journey with me: A BOTTLED DRINK! all they had to do was place it in the bag. Like the donuts, remember those? They put those in a box, but evidently the employee that put together this order missed the put-a-bottled-drink-in-a-bag training day.This dunkin manages to mess up one way or another on almost every single order you make. This is the last time I 'm coming here, I 'll drive to Edwin Miller, who only manages to mess up orders 50% off the time.My rating is: I don 't know, how would you rate the Matrix 4? The Matrix 4 out of 10.

Absolutely horrible. I pulled into the parking lot at 6 to buy a premade cake. An employee ran to the door locked it. I proceeded to the drive thru a woman said, we are closing at 6. I explained I only needed a premade cake for my son’s birthday. She yelled “fine but HURRY UP.” An absolute hag. Don’t waste your time here.

Love the people ! And food is amazing . Good selection on donuts . They get my coffee on point every time
