Great experience and great customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking to indulge in frozen goodness.

Didn't have hot fudge or one of the flavors of ice cream we wanted, this has been for the past month (we go on Sundays)

Another one star review. The guy on the speaker refused to speak louder even after several requests to do so. My wife wanted hot fudge over all three scoops of her banana split (at least they had bananas! and we had to send it back three times to get more. We finally gave up. Not very pleased with the service I received. As an ex Baskin-Robbins employee from 30 years ago, this visit was a disappointment. My wife and I were not greeted at all and were just standing in line for 5 minutes before someone acknowledged our existence. We contemplated leaving but we were tired of soft serve and wanted real ice cream. They were out of chocolate ice cream, hot fudge and sugar cones.
