Arby's - Martinsburg

PM Crew on shift 3/1/24 were great. Food was quick, correct and hot!

Ordered here last night, Jan. 27th and the wife got horrible food poisoning. Don’t know if it was the “fresh” chicken tenders we had to wait for which weren’t fresh or the ice. Won’t be visiting this location again.

I love everything about this Arby's. Everything was filling. We were so full. The food was hot and my chocolate milk shake was fantastic.

I don't have much time to get lunch, so I will never go back to this Arby's again. They ignored us standing at the register. Then they got the order wrong and had to do it over. The worst part was the food. I ordered a chicken wrap. The lettuce was no good, and the wrap itself was so tough. It was just the worst sandwich ever. I told the manager about the lettuce, and he looked like a deer in headlights. He just says ok, didn't ask if I wanted a new sandwich or nothing. That place is a joke and needs some real authority in there. The place was filthy. I will not eat there again.

Took 30 minutes to get our food after ordering even though there were only 3 cars ahead of us. Food tastes old.
