Cheeseburger Bobby's Augusta - Martinez

I used to work at this restaurant, and unfortunately, I had a negative experience. The owners show favoritism towards their family members who work there, and are biased in their treatment of other employees. The food is overpriced and the fries are not appetizing. The kitchen staff do not wear gloves and touch the food with bare hands. The cleanliness of the bathroom is also a concern. Some employees are unfairly targeted and fired by certain individuals who are part of the family business. The work environment is toxic and unwelcoming. I would not recommend visiting this establishment as they need to improve their professionalism and treatment of workers. It's odd how some employees face consequences for their actions while others do not, solely based on their race or relationship to the owners. I do want to give recognition to the Managers Andi and Brenda who were the best part of working there.

This was my first time eating here I was craving a burger and decided to try them out. The food was bland and tasteless the fries were soggy and soaked in grease paid almost $30. It was good and great service. I was expecting a big homemade hamburger patie and large homemade onion rings. The place was clean and great service. Still better than fast chain hamburgers. My first time back since pre-Covid season. The burgers tasted different. If I remember correctly, I thought the burgers had more of a ‘fresh homemade’ texture. These were flat and could have used more seasoning. The fries were descent, but then I found a long hair in them halfway through eating them. Definitely wasn’t mine(seeing how I don’t have any). But they replaced them, kind of ruined my lunch though. An apology would have been nicebut I only told/showed the cashier.
