Contribuiți la feedbackWe were recommended this place by our B&B host. The weather was horrible the night we went and we arrived before their 8pm opening time. They kindly invited us in to dry out. We were the only people in the restaurant for a good hour and then they filled up with locals on a Saturday night. The food was fantastic....simple and really well prepared. We shared a starter of fave beans and chickory, and then we both had the tagliata a kind of cut up steak). Really tasty and huge! They really major on meat which was a nice change from previous nightly pasta. The chef's English was great and he helped us through the menu.
This place has no frills and no silver service nonsense.. but just fab food. It’s a meat place and the chef patron has a unique method of cooking his beef rib. Incredible tender meat on the bone. The price reflects the restaurant as it is quite reasonable. Very much recommended.
The selection of the meats are among the best you can find in Puglia. Excellent host, great meat with a variety ranging from lamb, beef, pork etc. Try the traditional vegetables too!
