Braceria Rosso Di Sera - MARTINA FRANCA

We were part of a group that visited the farm and production facility and then got to dine at their braceria. It was truly an amazing time and the food was delicious. The copocollo was sooo good. I would have filled my suitcase if it weren’t for the regulations on bring meats back to the US.

We LOVED our dinner at Braceria Rosso di Sera. Super easy to book, we got a nice table outside and the food was fantastic. Both starters and main course were delicious, and “Straccetti” was the best of all. At the end of the dinner the owner even offered us some home made Amaro made by his Nona which was the perfect ending to a perfect dinner! If like meat and traditional food we highly recommend Rosso di Sera.

Typical place. Don’t expect it’s a fancy place but the food it’s good and better than other Spartans steak house I visited. If you are in downtown probably it’s not worthy to come so far but if you pass by it’s very okay to stop by. Up to you for me it’s five star.
