The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was old, so age begins to show how the peeling wallpaper, shapes, moist, the glass partition in the bathroom (from my room at the time) was floppy and not fixed in place, which was a security danger. But on the bright side it was clean and the bed was quite comfortable, and the daily cleaning of the room was consistent and tidy. To pray (for Muslims). But compared to other hotels in the area (I will not say their names), I would say that this is much better already. The waiting lounge was large and there were many seats, but the active receptionists were only two at a time, so expect a queue when you check in or out. The crowd situation is full, so book at least a week ago. The breakfast menu is always the same day, I guess if it is possible, book only one day with breakfast and make breakfast on the rest of your stay outside, where there are many traditional food vendors, because it gets a bit boring to eat the same menu every day, and I stayed only for 3 days so that says something. Of course, the menu contains a number of elements, so there is still some choice involved. There was a Sky garden and a pool deck available, but no outdoor food allowed, so I think it is for the hotel events. There are 2 separate elevators in which you connect the lobby on the ground floor and the cellar parking to the reception and waiting area on level 3, and another one connects the level 3 to the upper floors of the hotel. For each elevator there are only 2 units, so expect a queue when the hotel is overcrowded. So it's a bit of a tedious elevator just to get into your room.

Nice hotel...but the plug socket is behind the bed so if you want to charge handphone you must remove the bed to plug it ...

Room is quiet Staff are friendly, and very friendly restaurant is good, comfortable, and wide for indoor and outdoor parking is wide and good Absolut will come back here once I have the opportunity to visit this city again!!!
