Jimmy John's - Marshalltown

When they opened, everything was perfectly prepared. They treated me to a fantastic, enormous meal that I couldn't resist. The restaurant was clean, and the atmosphere was cheerful with everyone in great spirits. Highly recommended!

I ordered sandwiches for delivery, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. The driver left the drink right in front of the door, and if my partner hadn't arrived just in time, it would have definitely fallen over. To make matters worse, they sent the wrong sandwich. I had to call the store four times before anyone picked up, and then I had to wait five more minutes just to speak with the manager. Their customer service definitely needs improvement.

Was not impressed with the speed or flavor of my #4 Turkey Tom during my most recent visit. I wish Jimmy John’s quality could go back to being as good as it was when FANTASTIC staff that used to run Jimmy John’s a few years ago was there. Smh If I were you I would take my business to Sub City.
