Whataburger - Marshall

They were extremely busy buy but got out order in just a few minutes. It was still hot. Employees were friendly. Will definitely go out of my way for this store Highly recommend Great Job WhatABurger

Order two burgers togo at 9:11 pm and try to eat in the car right after because hungry and have dog in car, take them almost 10 min to get my burger but one is warm and the other just cold, did not ask for change because afraid they will do nasty thing tothe exchange burger and they are not that busy at that time, just want to let them know, please service hot burger every time tocustomers

I am giving 2 stars only because if nothing else this is a clean whataburger. Lots of employees, not many customers but terrible service. Cold food late order for a pickup and missed a med fry.

Never brought me my order, had to ask after every one. else who came in after me had been served. Finally got my order but no apology or explanation as to why The food was fine, just the service was unusually poor

I like the jalapeño burger and fries. The spicy ketchup was a good added touch. My wife said her burger was a little dry and the buns seemed a little more squished than they should be.
