The staff are friendly and transparent about the wait times, which have been around 25 minutes for a hot and ready meal on multiple occasions. You know what to expect, so that's not a problem. However, there always seems to be a challenging customer during my visits—there's always someone playing the role of a "Karen."

If you want a freshly cooked pizza, this is a fantastic place to dine with reasonable prices! Here's a tip: always opt for a pizza that's freshly made instead of one sitting in the warming box!

One of the worst experiences I've ever had, not only the young lady threatened me after she had told her I wanted a refund, because like me? Order [they had to have made her] she rubbed her hands over the guy in the back, then not wash her hands when she had brushed the pizza from her face. After I said I wanted to cancel my order, because what I witnessed was evil? She got angry, she said she would keep my refund as inconvenience for her, then she told me again and again? Let it go. She asked the other girl for my name and said: Let me see this B on Facebook?. I've never had anyone like that in my life, who should be a manager?. Be careful if you place your name on orders here!

Pretty much lives up to what I 've come to expect from literally any little ceasars ever. I think everyone eats L.C. for the same reason, it 's some of the cheapest pizza you can order and for the price, it is usually worth it. We eat at this location several times a month so obviously it isn 't horrible nor do I ever expect any Little Caesars to overwhelm me. Quite a few times they haven 't answered the phone after multiple tries but I don 't hold it against them since I know they can get backed up. Also we have had a wait on hot and ready more times than not but honestly I don 't mind a wait for fresh pizza especially if we go at peak times. I don 't expect them to be able to predict everyone 's orders in advance and to always be prepared for the ones who go in and order 10 pizzas without advance notice.. honestly in the last couple months I think there have been improvements in the quality at this specific location, not sure if it was a change in management or staff but whatever it was it 's definitely better than it was over a year ago when we first started eating at this location. I think a lot of people have too high of expectations for such a cheap meal so I think a lot of the bad reviews are more just entitled people who want to complain, to those who actually had a bad experience, that sucks. I try to base my review on average performance and not judge based on one visit..that being said, most of the time they do okay and meet expectations so I 'd say they are on par with their service and prices for the quality that we pay for.
