Fresh Cut Diner - Marshall

First visit was a success. The food was tasty, I enjoyed a smoked hamburger with all the toppings and a side of fries. The burger was of good quality 1/2lb beef smoked perfectly, extra points for the crispy bacon. Fries were darker and crispy, could have used more salt for my liking.There was a longer wait for our food than usual, with not many other customers dining in. The menu is my only major complaint though. It’s a very limited selection of basic breakfast foods and for lunch they offer a daily special and then only a handful of sandwiches and burgers. There is also a couple smoked BBQ choices, but only pulled pork and the burger, no ribs, brisket, or sides.I’d recommend giving it a try, but can’t imagine after a couple visits I could keep returning because of the lack of selection.

Excellent local diner exceeded all my expectations. food was fresh, service was great and the price was right. Friendly staff. Enjoy.

We ate lunch at the Fresh Cut Diner on our travels through Arkansas. I had a grilled cheese and my husband had the grilled ham and cheese. Both were grilled to a perfect golden brown with melty delicious cheese and hubby's had a nice thick slice of ham! The fries that came with the sandwiches were crispy on the outside and delicately flakey on the inside. They were skin on and pre-seasoned perfectly. The portion size was more than generous! We will eat there again if we are in the area!

I don’t normally review things but our experience there today was so terrible that I feel I have no choice. From service to food, everything was bad. I am local but had friends in from Pennsylvania and I will never be back. What a disappointment.
