Great spot away from the traffic and noise. Sit outside and enjoy a glass of wine. House specials are the way to go. Very tasty squid ink rice and seafood dish. Skip the pastas; try the locally sourced seafood and fish dishes.

Good food and atmosphere, sunny terrace. Had the Bistrot salad with huge portions of sardines and anchovies, grilled eggplant and tasty toasts with olive tapenade. Quite slow service.

Horrible service. I sat down with a friend and we asked for a menu. The waiter forgot to bring it to us, but that 's fine, it can happen. We asked a second waiter (a pony-tailed one with a red spot on his chest, just for you to know who he is) and he replied that asking for the menu would force waiters to go back and forth, and that everything was written on the board outside (close to the entrance but far from the tables where we were sitting). I replied that I would like to see it anyway. He brought us the menu and we decided for coffee, he smiled condescendingly and said we didn 't need the menu for that. I replied that if a waiter says he would bring the menu, he would have to bring it no matter what. He replied Are you sure you don 't want to look for another bar? So we got up and left. I 'm 35, travelled all Europe and never ever had such a rude experience anywhere. To avoid at all costs.

After a week in France looking for this perfect culinary experience, we finally found it here. fast, friendly and competent service (antony), great and original eating, beautiful atmosphere with live music and no surprises.

Excellent mush and pasta bologanese. additionally a local red wine recommended by our waiter who was fantastic. the beggar was also great.
