Eat'n Park - MARS

The service at this restaurant was disappointing, especially considering it wasn't busy. Our waitress only came to our table 15 minutes after we were seated, and I had to remind her that she had just one table to tend to. Normally, I can tolerate service issues, but this was bad enough that I approached the manager, who happened to be present at the time. Unfortunately, there were no apologies or acknowledgment of the situation. I submitted a complaint through their website a week ago but haven't received a response, so I've opted to dispute the charge instead. We've dined here before without any issues, but with my partner being 39 weeks pregnant and having her appointments in the area, we decided to visit again. However, I think I will choose a different location in the future. While the food and salad bar were good, the lack of service and the apparent indifference from management were frustrating. This was the first time in my life that I left a restaurant without leaving a tip. Having worked in food and delivery myself, I understand how crucial tips are for a livable wage, and I typically give at least $10 on any order.

We visit this place frequently, and the service is consistently outstanding! The breakfast buffet is amazing.

Traveling through the area and I wanted to stop at a diner for lunch. This came up, and saw it was a chain but still gave it a chance. At the very best, it 's diner adjacent , so if you 're looking for a true diner, keep driving. It 's more like a Denny 's with a vibe I can 't quite explain. The decor is bright and dim at the same time. Employees were friendly, half genuinely so. There 's a lot on the menu, but also nothing at all. One and done, but not terrible.
