Good food and good value food. Busy team of chefs cooking it up in this little, unpretentious shopfront. Lemon chicken, salt and pepper squid, honey prawns, king prawn omelette all good. My one criticism is that the massive, old style, spring rolls they serve are too oily probably the result of them needing to be deep fried for longer. Everyone needs a good local Chinese takeaway this one is now mine.

It seemed a lot of others had the same idea. The place is humming. Standing inside waiting to give your order gives you an amazing show and the system is surprisingly streamlined amid the chaos. There are three main chefs manning the woks with another dedicated to deep frying dim sims, prawn toasts and spring rolls. Another guy manages the prep of veggies and has them ready to go for the main cooks to grab as needed and keeps the containers of rice ready to go on the counter so the cooks can flip around, fill, clean the wok and get the next dish ready. Gotta love it.. How can you go wrong? Addison is a genuine family business that have amazing food and a really great atmosphere.<br/ The hubby and I have many times popped past there after a long day up the coast or at work etc, and once we get those chinese containers home, open, and on the plate, you 're looking at the perfect finish to Sunday.<br/ <br/ Waiting for the order is part of the beauty- the cammeraderie between the chefs and cooks is a great thing to watch whilst they cook up delicious dinners. A must see.<br/ <br/ On top of it all, the best part is watching the young bloke answer the constantly ringing off the hook phone with a classic 'hello? ' instead of what you 'd expect by ringing a business.<br/ <br/ Eat from there as soon as you can.

Nice place for takeaway only. It's worth ringing a head to avoid a wait. Reasonably priced. Local gem providing good food for years. No eftpos but you can transfer funds online with your phone
