Ernie's Cafe - Marrero

Food was delicious. Very friendly and great service.

Found this place close to my home and decided to give it a try. My husband ordered the roast beef poboy and I ordered the pot roast special. Both delicious!! Definitely home made, pot roast super tender, with a delicious rich sauce. It's a quaint looking place and very clean, with the nicest staff! Will definitely be going back!

We were looking for a quick bite before her Dr appt. Google maps restaurants near us and We found this place just 4 mins away. Food was amazing and big portions. Shrimp were big and fried to perfection. She had hamburger steak. It was so much food; she couldn't quite finish it all. Next time we have to drive out there for another appt., we are definitely eating here again. It was wonderful.
