K's Oriental Food - Marquette

I ordered twice this week, but when i received my second order on Friday it was basically all broccoli. I called the store and let them know that my order was all broccoli and she was extremely rude. I asked her name and she refused to give her name and then I asked to speak with the owner, she said she was the owner and also the store manager. I find this lack of customer services to be very inappropriate. I said that this was ridicoulus and she proceeded to tell me that I was ridicoulus. Very sad, she will not longer be having my business!!!!!!!! I will be sure to pass the word to the employees at NMU and also MSHS.

Fantastic food, always fresh! I’ve consistently had great service, whether dining in or getting takeout.

I absolutely love K's! I've always received great service whenever I eat there. The staff is consistently friendly, and I really appreciate it when they say, "No check!" It makes the experience even more enjoyable!

I then requested to speak to the owner, and she claimed that she was both the owner and the manager. I found her lack of customer service very inappropriate. I mentioned that her response was ridiculous, and she told me that I was the one being ridiculous. It's really disappointing, and I won't be returning. I will make sure to share my experience with my friends at NMU and MSHS.

The food is excellent and always fresh! I've consistently received great service, whether dining in or ordering takeout.
