The hotel is good. Food is tasty. We went for a party. Try not to book the top hall if you like your vendors. It is as inconvenient as any city hotel can be. The service lift goes only one floor below. They make no effort to help or inform you in advance. You need loaders to carry your equipment 2 flights of stairs and through narrow corridors. Painful for event vendors. One of the managers was very rude to me even though it was my family party.

Avoid at all cost ! The hotel is fleecing customers by showing smaller rooms and then charging more for upgrades. The wifi doesn’t work. Prefer to book a different property even if it is little costlier. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 2
