Teriyaki Madness - Marlton

I have eaten at this place a few times and have seen a few things with my own eyes. First of all, the tables are untidy and often dirty. The couriers who come to take orders wait for minutes. And customers are not taken care of, several times customers had to go back because their order was not taken. It is as if this place is not a business and is full of staff who come to have fun. The staff of this place needs to change and the customers need to be taken care of.

They are so slow here don’t come here on ya lunch break you can pre order and ya food still will not be ready .

This was my second visit, and unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The rice was overcooked and mushy, the vegetables were undercooked and tough, and the portions of meat were too small for the price. I really wanted to give them another chance, but I’ve decided not to return. Additionally, the staff seemed quite strange. I won’t be coming back.

Just finished my meal. Found broken black plastic at the bottom of my meal. While I was dining in earlier today, the staff was spraying cleaning chemicals right next to my table. Staff were yelling to each other.

Can someone let me know when they have a new staff. i honestly think that’s the problem they don’t care it looked like a mom and 2 sons . it was good the first time i got it but the last couple times it was trash. they need better quality ingredients or better employees who know how to cook because once upon a time it was delicious and id love to eat there again but now it tastes like they cook with dirty dishes.. absolutely foul
