I enjoyed the tofu bowl; it was quite tasty. The meal is on the healthier side, although I sometimes wish they wouldn't add the beets and meat. Like many other places, this restaurant has also been affected by inflation.

When I arrived, the manager, Eva, informed me that I needed to contact DoorDash for a refund. I was surprised because the website indicated that Pancheros would handle the delivery, not a third-party service. Eva stated she couldn't assist with my refund, so I insisted on speaking with her in person. When I reached the counter, I spoke with a staff member named AJ. I explained the situation and requested a refund. He found my order and said the refund would be processed within a day. When I asked for a receipt, he told me he couldn’t provide one, which prompted me to request his name. This was around 5:38 PM, even as the app indicated my order was “complete,” I was out $50 and still had no food. I’m left waiting for a refund and wanted to share this unpleasant experience. I feel I wasted both time and money, and the lack of communication and accountability from the staff was frustrating. It seemed like they were making me responsible for the situation when I was the customer. I’m really disappointed with the poor service I received tonight, especially since I usually have a great experience with this franchise. In short, I recommend avoiding the delivery service from this location. It’s unreliable, and the customer service is severely lacking.

I've been here twice now and have enjoyed myself both times. Attentive staff that puts the food together quickly and efficiently. Two tasty burritos in a row.

The experience was decent, but the prices were a bit on the high side. Additionally, when you call, the price quoted is often higher than what was initially promised.

Best local pank in South Jersey. Always consistent with their food quality. Your manager (Didn?t catch a name man with short black hair) made my bowl today and was on point. Thank you, sir.
