Outback Steakhouse - Marlton

I ordered delivery a few weeks ago because I work from home. I wanted a medium well steak and this is what I got. No warm pink center. so I complained and manger Connie did send me takeaway cards to compensate for my meal. Today I ordered the same steak medium well and again this is what I got. It’s disappointing that a steakhouse can’t cook a steak to the requested temperature . I’m over it

Josh was an Amazing server. Very attentive to our dining experience. Outback needs more employees like this young man. Steaks were good but blooming chicken was dry and did not look like the picture. Potato soup never disappoints.

The food is always great at Outback, but tonight the highly attentive and efficient server Nina B made the visit even better! Friendly, welcoming, and adept at effectively handling a variety of personality types well and with a smile. A very positive addition to their server team.

Spur of the moment decision to dine here and I am glad we did. Alexa and Amber were so attentive and pleasant. They took our order right away, got it right and were prompt. They also consistently checked on us throughout our diner making it a wonderful experience. Will definitely return.

The food was delicious! The service was even better! Lauren was so attentive and sweet! She was prompt, delightful to be around and definitely deserves a raise! I also loved Tammy, I heard it’s her first week food running but she definitely needs a raise too! Great team of workers! I will definitely come back! I hope management acknowledges your great customer service skills! Thank you guys!
