Dunkin' - Marlton

I consistently encounter issues with this particular Dunkin'. They frequently close ahead of schedule and often do not honor coupon promotions.

Afternoon shift never gives me a hard time with my breakfast so late. In addition, the food and coffee also tastes nice and fresh at the later hours, unlike some other nearby I tried where they gave me clearly old or inappropriate heated products. Love comes here. Also: the Taurus energy.

I am a first responder and as such you use the drive through and kurbside get yourself to avoid contact. I sat at the church of St. Ast in Mt. Laurel waiting just to see a few girls laughing and playing, told them about my curb-side order and they said they did not receive it after they found it on the site. The whole purpose of locking is to avoid contact!

The best Dunkin Donuts around. Customer service is top notch. All the girls are very welcoming, always with a smile and hardly ever needs to ask me what my order is because they remember me. Love it here ??

I've had a frustrating experience with the younger women on staff over the past two years. I've made a point to thank them each time I visit, but their responses are often dismissive; they either walk away without saying anything or reply with a casual "yup" that feels entitled. The older staff members are wonderful, though! It's just the younger girls who need to be more mindful of their manners. Other than that, the overall service is great!
