There was no one in the restaurant except the employees and our group, yet we still encountered issues right at the counter. One employee, a rather aggressive man, seemed unreasonably confrontational, and we couldn't understand why. We had a fairly large order of nine or ten items, but they were quite rude about it and even spoke derogatorily about us while standing at the register. The food was decent, but I have never heard anything positive from locals about this place. The Caucasian employee should be held accountable for their behavior. In such a thriving shopping center, this kind of service is unacceptable. I wonder if the management finds this situation acceptable.
All the staff members seemed disorganized and careless. I had a mobile order today, and my friend's bowl was practically overflowing, with the top looking like it had been crushed. My tacos were so messy that when I opened them, they weren’t even on the tortillas. The two employees working in the mobile app area were more focused on sticking labels on orders than managing the flow of customers, which made the wait even longer. I also noticed that they were allowing a lot of people to come and go without paying for their mobile orders due to issues with processing payments via the app, and no one working there seemed to know about it. I was the first to inform them that I had been told to pay inside. Overall, this place is a mess, just like many other Chipotles these days. They really need to improve.
I spent $13.11 on a chicken burrito, and there was an extra charge for chicken that I never requested. I also noticed that the price was higher than what I usually pay at other Chipotle locations. When I went to pay for my lunch, the staff told me I needed to have the exact amount. Is this a new policy at Chipotle? He asked me if I could give him $13 instead of the total, which seemed unreasonable. Is it the customer's fault if the drawer doesn't have any change or if they pay with cash?
Every time I go to this place, there's a problem. every time, I ordered to use the app to get 2 bowls. When I showed up, a working drama was on the run and I had to wait an hour for my lunch. tonight I ordered and thought my eating would not be done in time, so I have some care and when I showed up eating was not even started, 30 minutes after picking up. in reception there was a bowl and the side for chips. it is not even worth going to a place, they are all sucking. eating is good, but the order is never done right and it is not worth waiting. Why does the company do nothing to fix this, it is absolutely terrible.
Placed an online order at 9:00 pm. Restaurant closes at 10:00pm. Order was place and paid for. When I got to restaurant at 9:25 I was told they were closed and they didn't make the food and to go online and get refund. Restaurant was completely cleaned up and the manager said they were short staffed . I saw at least three employees there. Not sure how many people it takes to make a chicken and rice bowl! I don't live around the corner so by the time I drove out there and back it was too late to go anywhere else. Horrible experience and manager really didn't care. Went to Chipotle in Promenade in Marlton. Don't go there! Manager should be fired. I saw him turn away at least three people in the little bit of time I was there! Will never go here again! Would give a zero if I could!
