Dunkin' - Marlborough

Went thru the drive thru this morning and placed my order; and the person on the speaker responded that I didn't need to be sarcastic. I thought I was being friendly and clear on the speaker system, but do not appreciate the comments when I am just trying to get breakfast. I asked about it to the young man at the window, who was friendly and kind but denied it happened; I think he was covering for the older man taking orders on the headset.

Terrible, the employee is so rude, he was on driver thru, he just told me if I have mobile order I need go inside if I order drive thru because I have 2 kid and is hard to go

Terrible service if you can get to another location please do. They lost my orfer simole hash brown. When I ask about it lady scoffs at me someone else must of yook it. Like thats my fault.

Worst manager ever. Ask for a drink, she messed up, try to charge extra after been charged already. Made the completely wrong drink and them try to charge me, again, for a whole new new drink.FYE is the same drink I ask everyday.She shouldn’t be manager at all!!!Very disappointed .

I came to have a cafe to relax i bought i paid the employees were talking very loudly bothering the customers and 2 people playing with 1 bottle of Coke very mass and unrespect.
