Domino's Pizza - Marlborough

The best pizzeria in Marlborough! They deliver hot food, provide excellent service, and have well-trained staff. Whenever we encounter any issues, the manager, José, is incredibly helpful and resolves them effectively. This is my favorite Domino's in the entire world. It’s always a pleasure to be here!

The cashier was unfamiliar with the menu. I had to inquire multiple times about the status of my order. After asking for the third time, he finally checked and discovered that it had been ready for over five minutes.

Tonight, I placed another order, and after waiting an hour and a half for delivery, I called to check the status. They informed me that the app was incorrect and that my pizza had just come out of the oven and would be delivered shortly. I took their word for it and hung up. However, after waiting another half hour, I called back to ask to speak with the manager, wanting to cancel my order and get a refund. The employee processed the refund, but when I asked to speak to the manager, I was told they were in a meeting behind closed doors at 7:47 PM. I used to love their pizza, but after this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again.

I only ordered from this restaurant because it was the only one open. I got a pizza, but after waiting over an hour for delivery, I received chicken Alfredo pasta instead (which I definitely don’t like). I tried calling the restaurant, but there was no answer. I used the delivery insurance feature on the app and was only offered 60% off a future pizza, which is laughable since I have no intention of ordering from here again. I’ll need to dispute this charge with my credit card. Domino's really knows how to disappoint consistently!

I used to visit this restaurant often, but I've had a few frustrating experiences that have made me reconsider. On one occasion, another customer accidentally hit my car with their door, and another time, I waited in line for over five minutes after placing my order and paying online, only to be ignored by the staff at the counter. Although there are certainly some great employees there, I don’t feel comfortable risking my family's dinner at this place anymore. I just can’t bring myself to do it.
