Burgers are quite good; they have a good amount of choice; also some non-burger options. love their side and love the fact that they are quite large portions for a side.

It’s very frustrating when you receive a wrong order, luckily managers Brian and Danny are very attentive to making right any wrongs! I received ranch on my buffalo fries because someone missed my special instructions on my DoorDash order, I called a after my order was delivered and spoke with Danny. I called a couple days later and spoke with Brian even though I’m a little bit outside their delivery radius they had someone drop off my food with replacement fries Most people practically want you to sell your firstborn and prove your case in court to get some thing replaced or refunded these days so I appreciate the fast and friendly fix! I’ve been eating here for going on 4 years now!

Ladies behind the counter were great but that the only thing Burger Bros has good. $15 dollar burger that is the same size patty as McDonalds. Fries no flavor. Guys making items in the back no hair net or hats. One guy picked his ear and continued to fix food. Definitely won’t be going back.

Cannot get online orders right. 4 out of 5 end up being wrong. We used to order all the time, but I am done. How many times can I write NO ONIONS and get my food with tons of onions??? It then just goes into the garbage. Food is good when they get it right, but it does not happen often. Very clearly no one at Burger Bros bothers to read instructions provided with online orders and just cook things the way they want, not how you order it.

Just a great spot for a burger. Definitely check this place out if you're in the mood. ?
