Legends Steakhouse - Marksville

I would not recommend this restaurant at all. While the host was very sweet, I don’t have much positive to say beyond that. The food was very disappointing. My fillet was tough on the outside and overcooked. The asparagus, which took us an additional 10 minutes to receive, was hard and bland. The sweet potato was good, but I found the super sweet caramel sauce a bit overwhelming; some others at the table liked it, so it might depend on your personal taste. I don’t mind paying high prices when the food is worth it, but this place was definitely not worth it. I absolutely love Paragon Casino, but I won't be returning to this steakhouse. The food was terrible and definitely not worth the money!

The decor is really lovely, the food is delicious, and while the prices are a bit on the high side, it is definitely worth it.

The crab cakes were delicious, and I ordered the pasta, which I would rate a 2.5 out of 5. It was decent, but the seafood had a stronger presence than expected. However, the baked potato was truly delicious! My dinner date had steak, which was also very enjoyable. Overall, I had a great time here. I have no complaints, except for a rather rude man at a nearby table who loudly questioned, "What are you all doing back there?" The men ignored him, but it seemed like the waitstaff and some casino staff recognized him. It added a quirky touch to the evening! All in all, a very good experience.

Service very slow. Staff very friendly. Too expensive. Eating tasted awful. Appetizers and sidebland. Worst seasoned steak I've ever had. Portions were small. Would evaluate zero stars if possible. It won't be back.

Service amazing, atmosphere amazing, food trash. Ordered the seafood pasta if you love the taste of butter oh boy you're in for a treat. Got the creme brule. Needed more sugar to give a nice glass top. Drinks was good I'll say that. The salmon was a pretty tasty piece of fish. I think the price doesn't do the place justice. But I encourage you to go and try it out.
