Contribuiți la feedbackThe restaurant was quite dirty. I had to clean the table and chair myself because they were not clean at all. The customer service was acceptable, but they messed up my order. The manager or supervisor was rather dismissive as well. Additionally, the food appeared to be poorly prepared and was barely warm.
As I noted in my earlier review, the problems with the staff—specifically their lack of respect, disingenuous demeanor, and generally poor service—are ingrained issues. This negatively impacts the franchise, its owner, and the management at this location. Customer experience should always be a priority and aim to be as positive as possible. We expect better service, and we will look for it elsewhere.
After an intense basketball practice, my family and I were exhausted and really needed something refreshing. We decided to swing by our local Wendy's drive-thru, where I was instantly drawn to the large vanilla Frosty. Without hesitation, I ordered four medium Frostys—they're the ideal way to cool off after a workout! I’ll definitely be back whenever I need to relax. I've heard there are various Frosty flavors, and I can't wait to try them all!
I was overcharged for my meal. When I requested a correction, the staff member seemed unsure of how to handle it, so she ended up giving me cash instead. After that, she processed the correct amount. I ordered the Son of a Baconator and the #4, but the fries were all over the bag, and the burgers were mushy. I was extremely disappointed.
Maria provided exceptional assistance and was very accommodating. She demonstrated great patience with me and offered prompt service to cater to my needs.
