Sansotei Ramen - Markham

Subpar ramen…overdone eggs, plain yet too salty broth… The pork is very tender, yet the seasoning is very off. Very much overpriced.

Every time I come here, it's good. Always satisfying. Feels like a bowl of soul warming Asian home food. Got the Shoyu (less green onions) and everything was tasty, tastier than trying to make your own at home. I had originally asked for the Tonkotsu but they didn't have. Which staff might want to mention when seating us/giving us the menu, but not a big deal.

Has the tonkotsu ramen and some seaweed salad. We came for early dinner on a Saturday and didn’t have to wait (two of us). Noticed a lot of young families at this time and was not as easy for them to get seated quickly as they can only want place high chairs at the tables and not the booths. Service was great, note that menu is online only. They didn’t have any tantanmen available when we went- we would’ve ordered that as one of ours.Parking: Amount of parking is good, though peak meal time is busy on weekends.

The tonkotsu ramen is fantastic. Creamy, tasty broth and the pork is very toasty and comforting. Very family friendly restaurant. Great service and ambience.

Had the miso black ramen. Broth was rich and flavourful. Chashu, Spicy Kakuni, Egg, Shiitake, Garlic Oil. Chashu and kakuni was moist and delicious. Egg was perfect.
