Have been here 4 times, had the worst experience. Once their icecream was stale, food is never upto the mark, workers are disorganised, they serve expired food, etc etc. I have never had a good experience here. Every time I go there I see someone or the other asking for a refund. PLS TRAIN YOUR WORKERS!!!

I had a great experience the first time I came here but unfortunately today, they took forever to prepare the food. I only ordered momos and fries which took over 30 mins and I couldn’t eat anything in my break, had to do a takeout and go back hungry

I have been to many locations of royal paan but this one is the worst. Never ever try anything from this location firstly the staff is rude and on the other hand they don’t admit their fault according to them that’s how the food is prepared in royal paan. I will not agree with the staff as I have tried the same food from different locations I know how the other locations serve it and prepare it.Don’t try this one. I even found hair in the food but I didn’t bother the staff as I know they won’t accept their fault and mistake we just threw the food and went from there.

I would give this place 0 stars if I can. Can’t even call it a food chain restaurant cause everything there is stale or expired. No manager, no training, no good food. Just a bunch of confused people working. This place should have an inspection done cause I’m pretty sure they dont follow any food hygiene cause there’s always someone asking for refund. I’ve been there 3 times thinking this time they’ll make it nice but no somethings don’t deserve a second chance.
