Great HK Snacks place, reminds me of my primary school days. The egg waffles and condensed milk peanut butter waffles are very good. Owner is also very nice.

The best waffle I had so far fresh, crispy outside, but soft inside, authentic. The price is amazing for the quality of the waffle. It cost $2.25 tax and $1 for my plum tea. Edit: we went so often the owner recognizes us now and gave us cute decoration for our ice waffle

Like Whoa! This jewel of a place with some amazing bubbles waffles! I think I found my new favorite place for bubbles waffles! So fresh and SO MANY DIFFERENT FLAVOURS! You even have some flavors that you can get nowhere else! the bubbles waffle made fresh when you order is soft and has a nice chewing, but has the little crumbling at the right places as the right time. I don't know how to explain it, but you just have to try it for yourself! Had the original to make sure that I had no other flavors to impede my first taste test, and I could even say that adding flavors makes it wrong! It's so great here! Also had the milk and white chocolate chips and had this beautiful melted gooey that we all come to love in warm chocolate! Service was great! They speak mainly cantonese, but I know that English is available but only patience. In any case, this place must give a shot! Very recommended! Delicious, amazing prices, sweet shop with the nicest man. He's always super polite. Your bubble tea and egg waffle combo is the perfect little afternoon pick-me-up. Also only for 4.50!
