Contribuiți la feedbackTo treat employees like a slave. My twin brother worked here and he finished his job because he was treated like a slave at Warden Highway 7 McDonald. Manager and a girl in a restaurant is her name Nancy. She led my brother a lot and threatened my brother to report to the senior manager, even though my brother does the job. And the main problem is all the time that they make my brother clean the lobby, clean it up and get garbage for 8 hours. The whole layer is cleaning the lobby. Usually they change people in another restaurant, but not in this McDonald's. Last week, the manager named George asked my twin brother to sweep the whole McDonald's lobby. My brother had no break yet. So my brother George said he didn't have his break. George said no break for my brother and continue with the lobby, otherwise he'll get out of the job. My brother said good and he did the cleaning. Yesterday he quit the job.
I went to lunch and waited in the car thru. When I was ready to make my order, an employee came out and asked me to go home. I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so not much time to be kidding me. Instead, I left McDonalds, I'll never go back to other McDonalds.
The MacDonald's here is just like any other location. The fast food is typical and the seating area is spacious. One downside is that the restaurant only offers condiments upon request. It seems they may have too many people wanting to collect extras.
It must be one of the most unprofessional places where I was. Unfortunately, that's McDonald's closet to my house. Last night I had visited late in the evening. I ordered the speaker as usual, but I did not hear what window I should go on. When I came to the first window, I sat there for about a minute. There was a female employee with her back to the window, not even rotating. The cars were behind me and not a single car in front of me. Since I received no service on the first window, which I drove with my debit in my hand to the second window. Next, I knew a female employee stood in the window and accused me not to scream. I tried to explain to her that I had waited in the first window without service. But she kept talking about me. The whole time her my debit card doesn't even try to pay. As soon as my order was handed over to me (a coffee and an ice cone) I said to the lady thank you, good night. She didn't recognize me. Again I said, thank you, good night. She looked at me, Yup said, move on to leave the window while she rolled her eyes. Unfortunately, this is not the only unprofessional interaction I had at this point. I understand that they are usually crazy busy, but a small customer service (also a smile) can go a long way. For many (like me) McDonald 's is the first stop on their way to work a little bad attitude can put the rest of the day. I am also disappointed that these McDonalds do not offer special drinks No hot chocolate, no latte. Just the minimum.
I ordered the Big Mac Sandwich Combo with fries and 2 drinks at this busy restaurant during lunch time. I had to park on the side, but didn't mind. However, I had to wait 20 minutes for my order to come, and when it finally arrived, it was missing ketchup. I had to return to get some ketchup for my fries, as they just didn't taste the same without it. The staff seemed unhappy and impolite, lacking proper customer service skills. It's important for them to improve their service in order to keep customers coming back. We hope they can work on this for the future.
