Kelsey's Neighborhood Bar & Grill

I brought my hockey team in and her families on a Friday night. We had booked the room from 5 pm to 8 pm. Our servers had everything ready for 50 reservations. They took the beverage orders as soon as we set ourselves our food orders. We haven't waited long. We were my 630-645. Our food was amazing, service was incredible and they had our bills ready and right. They had two machines so that it couldn't wait at all. 14 families separated bills many children and they nailed it! Thank you so much for making our team party such a pleasant experience. I'm not from the area, but my car worked over a kilometre away. I checked the map and saw the Kelseys. I was 15 minutes on foot and was not disappointed. I'm never disappointed with any Kelseys. Casey bigger me at the door and made sure I had the Covid coaching. When they just opened, she allowed me to choose my seats. She was so gracious, friendly and professional. I wanted to sit at the bar and meet Aaron. Again excellent service with a smile. Casey and Aaron were perfect. The full crack of ribs in the BBQ sauce was delicious and damp. Much meat! I have Caesar Salat. We. Craving for months was also tasteful. Everything was perfect thanks to the great tasting food, ambience and casey and Aaron.

The staff at the restaurant was friendly and accommodating for our large party. The appetizers, especially the Nachos and the Spinach Dip, were delicious. The only downside was the limited vegetarian options for the main course.

It was nice to see our favorite place open again. Although it's only the terrace... it was nice to see the faces of the staff again. Food was great and the new cocktail that was offered was amazing (the women’s words). We were first in and within 2 hours. Some people have come. Good luck... be happy if you're completely open. On my visit the food was cold and improperly cooked. The service was fantastic. Upon speaking with the manager they restaurant stood up and took responsibility. The provided a $50 voucher to be used anytime and the next time I went the food was great...and again the service was fantastic. Good Job Kelsey's!
