J-town By The Sea - Markham

The restaurant had a vibrant atmosphere and was bustling with people on Saturday. The quality of the fish was excellent; we ordered the salmon, tuna, and toro sashimi. Everything was crispy and fresh.

The fish here is incredibly fresh and served at a perfect temperature. Unfortunately, the rice was a bit disappointing; it was compact and dense, making it feel more like small chewy nuggets rather than complementing the delicious fish. My sister ordered the japchae for some reason, and it was quite peppery and extremely dry. Overall, while the fish was excellent, some aspects of the meal could use improvement.

Fresh sushi-grade fish at a reasonable price. They also offer a variety of chirashi if you don't feel like making it yourself.

I go to the shop for the best thunfisch bauch and uni as well as the best real wasabi! a real shade I wish them all success! I also bought some of the most beautiful dishes and tellers I've ever seen from here! I forgot to mention her sushi is of high quality and very good!5 golden stars

Sushi was average. Fish and seafood was fresh but rice quality was unfortunately inconsistent some had too much vinegar, some was mushy and some was hard. Rolls were also poorly made. Given the price, expected much higher quality.
