The Buttercross Tearoom

We visited Buttercross Tearoom for the first time and were all very impressed (six of us from three different generations). We ordered sandwiches, fish, sampi, and soup, and everyone was thoroughly satisfied with the quality of the food and the friendliness of the staff. The prices were very reasonable given the quality and portion sizes. We plan to return!

If you're in search of food with star quality, this is definitely the place to go! The sandwiches are incredible, but adding a sharer plate elevates the experience even further. The owner and chef were attentive and made us feel like we were their personal guests. Everything is fresh, homemade, and simply outstanding. If I weren't 300 miles away, I would be here every day!

Sandwiches. yum, scones. omg. the best we ever had! service fantastic and the dog very welcome. all employees were beautiful. will definitely come back for more.

Beautiful milk flat white; relaxed, friendly, helpful staff

I visited this morning for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. The staff may be new, but they were very helpful and polite. The place was clean, and the food was delicious. They went above and beyond to assist us. I will definitely be coming back!
