My wife and I visited the deli, hoping to enjoy a sandwich. When my wife asked if they had any gluten-free bread, the staff member behind the counter laughed dismissively, saying they didn't know anything about gluten-free options and didn’t carry any. She seemed to roll her eyes at us for even asking. I suggested that we could buy a loaf from a nearby store and bring it for her to use, to which she responded with another snarky comment, saying, “I guess so.” So, that's what we did. After that, we waited almost 30 minutes for our two sandwiches to be prepared, and we had to ask for the rest of the loaf back when we were done. I’ve never felt so unwelcome at a delicatessen before. Is it really so difficult for them to have at least one loaf of gluten-free bread available?

Could you please train your staff on how to properly heat sandwiches? I always mark "yes" on the HOT section of the order form and even add arrows pointing to it. Yet, without fail, I end up with a cold sandwich every time. What’s going on? It would be great if you could retrain your team to read the forms accurately. It’s not hard to look at the form, notice the “Yes” under HOT, and heat up the sandwich accordingly.

At the checkout, they don't always put everything in your grocery bag. It's possible for items to be overlooked and left behind. You trust the staff to ensure you receive all your purchases, and when they miss something, you walk out of the store without everything you intended to buy. I suspect that those missing items are simply returned to the shelves to be sold again.

Excellent store where you can find good quality fresh produce.

Great shop, great range and good prices. The opening times are also worth mentioning.
