He roasts a bunch of different beans, his self-created roast. I enjoy learning about different types of coffee roasts and mixtures, as well as checking its roasting facility. The house mix we tried was excellent! They also sell homemade ice cream powder, chocolate espresso beans and vegan cookies. The Wi-Fi was also good enough to share a remote server.

A few years ago, while on vacation in Mariposa, CA, we came across a quaint shop that offered coffee. The owner there recommended we check out Mariposa Coffee, just a few miles away. We did visit and have been devoted customers ever since. We've even introduced some friends from Ohio to your wonderful coffee!

I had it twice before me. Jerry was super nice and friendly and showed me her tailored coffee roaster. I don't think they serve cups of coffee (I didn't ask) but it didn't seem like that. I just bought a pound and made it home. I wish I had a roast where I live.

Excellent atmosphere and wonderful coffee. I don’t normally drink black coffee, but this was an exceptional cup of black coffee.

Stopped by here when I was on vacation a couple of months ago. There was a younger guy there in the shop. His customer service was amazing. He told us about the roasting and flavoring process it was very educational. Coffee here is amazing! They will be my official coffee suppliers from now on. I have already ordered from their website since getting home. Do yourself a favor and order coffee from here, you won't be disappointed.
