My daughter also mentioned that the chicken tacos we received had barely any filling in them. The staff were extremely rude and dismissive, telling me that they have plenty of good reviews and that mine wouldn't make a difference. This experience was unacceptable and I will not be returning to this restaurant. Mistakes happen, but a good restaurant should rectify them without charging the customer double the amount. I even returned the loaded fries and burrito, but still had to pay for them again. This was by far the worst service I have ever received, and to top it off, I wasn't able to reorder my fries as I didn't have enough cash and they couldn't provide change. Overall, a disappointing and frustrating experience.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly friendly! I don't think I've ever experienced such friendly service at a Taco Bell before. Even though they ran out of mild sauce, the woman serving me offered breakfast salsa as an alternative (for those wondering, it tastes like mild Pace Picante sauce), which was a thoughtful gesture. My order was also correct, which is becoming increasingly rare these days and I really appreciate when it happens. My only small complaint is that there wasn't enough sauce on my items, but that seems to be a common issue, especially at fast food places. I wish there was an option to indicate that it's okay to wait an extra minute for my food to ensure everything is perfect.

When we arrived at the restaurant, all the employees were outside in a car. They informed us that the lobby was closed and suggested we use the drive-thru, which was open. Unfortunately, they were out of sweet tea. When we got home, we discovered that our order was incorrect and the items we did receive had very little filling. It seems to be a recurring issue, and I don't plan on returning. I will be advising everyone I know to avoid this place.

All our orders other than this one were good. This was supposed to be a beef and cheese Burrito for my son.

If you are into Taco Bell restaurants, go for it. My experience with the grilled cheese double steak burrito convinced me I 'll never go to another Taco Bell. This burrito was stuffed with rice at both ends, about six morsels of meat in the middle. That 'snothing close to double steak! The tortilla wrap is too large and is part of the burrito filling. So, this burrito should becalled triple carb burrito. The pintos and cheese are no different than refried beans with cheese. Then, without notice theydecided it comes with unwanted taco sauce splashed on top. For a lot of years Taco Bell has been pretty good. That run is overfor me. If you are the owner reading this, feel free to let corporate Taco Bell see it.
