Pinkberry - Marina del Rey

Was at this place numerous paintings. if they want cheesecake, they don't come to this place. it doesn't matter which day it is, they'll always say they're out. in the morning, in the afternoon or in the evening, they're out.

Disgusting customer service very rude you spend 40 dollars and they don’t give you a napkin save your money go to another pink berry rip off they under serve you for the toppings your paying for I will never go there again

I like Pinkberry. To be honest I haven't had it in years, and we wanted something sweet so we decided to stop by. I will say it is a real tiny location and there's so many workers but only 1 helping us and another customer. When I say so many workers, I mean that in relation to how small the ice cream area is. They can barely help two customers at a time. So if a customer is being slow and picky, we are doomed. Lol. Other than that, the servings were nice and hefty. Fair prices. It was delicious and the topping choices are plentiful. Easy parking too because it's in a huge shoppint plaza.

This is my nearest Pinkberry and I will NOT be back to this location, due to the poor service pattern that I experienced during my last 2 visits. The service team is always SO busy doing other things, that they make you wait to order. Tonight @8:30pm (3) service team members were behind the counter when I arrived. All of them looked up and watched me enter the store and not one of them greeted me just went back to what they were doing. 3 people were ahead of me in line. One service member was making a smoothie and the other 2 were looking in the refrigerator in the front (searching for a pick up order or something) A new customer walked straight to the counter and they both helped her retrieve her online order. When she left, instead of them helping any of the now 7 customers in line, One of the guys grabs a new pick up order ticket and starts filling that order and the other guy starts cleaning up in between the toppings and removing the serving spoons! I asked him could he please stop doing that and attend to the huge line that now extended to the door. He responded Yes, right after I take this to the back and left; never to return! I swear I was about to leave when a new 4th employee came from the back to finally service the line, along with the girl that was making the smoothie. This is the second time that I 've had to wait for the employees at this location in Marina Del Rey to do EVERY OTHER job in the place besides serve yogurt. The time before this, the employee also made me wait for her to tidy up the toppings area until she was done (like a good few minutes) then looked at me and said ok . I was so taken aback I forgot what I decided to order for a moment. PSA: If you don 't want to serve yogurt, this is probably not the job for you. Unbelievable. Terrible Customer Service for something that 's supposed to be a pleasant treat. I 'll just drive a little further next time I want Pinkberry, since they suck so bad in MDR.

Love coming here once and a while and treating myself. low calorie count and the mango just fruit is incredible with the original. staff is really nice and the outdoor seating has nice ambience (classical music playing, spacious, pretty tables, etc). definitely recommend this place
