California Pizza Kitchen Marina Del Rey Priority Seating

This place is listed with open table, recognizes or does not use the reservations when they arrive. they have indicated that they do not work at their end. I had to wait a total of 25 minutes before I sat. I ordered the steak, but why don't they have steak sauce? I'm confused. waiting for food was long, and the waitress has not checked for us or refilled us. we will not return.

Overall, eating good CPK-good salads, pizzas and drinks is nothing spectacular. super family friendly. they have no clue, though, what is a priority seat wart list, so do not even try to use open table. they do not know what it is or how to honor it.

Cpk marina delfin Rey staff were not aware that they were connected to opentable. they did not honor our priority seats, and we were asked to wait at the end of the line. the manager and the receptionist of the reception were both ashamed that they were not connected in any way with opentable, and had no idea that we put an application to priority seat.

The short version: if not for the manager (sam, I think) our experience would have been ruined and look at the restaurant mad. our waiter was absent, never refilled our drinks, was not familiar with the menu, and had to be reminded to log our loyalty points to dissert items.

CPK no longer uses the Opentable application. They honored our reservation but let us know for future visits.
