Subway - Marietta

I wasn't aware of this Subway location since it's somewhat tucked away across from the popular strip mall. However, the staff here really crafts sandwiches to perfection. The ingredients are fresh and prepared with care. They often provide coupons, which adds an extra bonus for savings. I found mine in a mailer.

The sandwich was excellent, the restaurant was very clean, and the two young men at the counter were respectful and well-mannered. I'm looking forward to coming back!

I love Subway and visit this restaurant often, sometimes almost daily. I always find the vegetables to be fresh. While I prefer the food to be colder, I usually eat half of my footlong sandwich when I get home and then pop the other half in the freezer for about half an hour before eating it. I tend to order sandwiches loaded with vegetables. I've never encountered any issues there; the employees work hard to make your sandwich exactly how you want it without any delay. I don't understand why I saw a two-star rating and can't relate to the complaints I've read, as my experiences have been nothing but positive.

The person making the sandwich was really slow and kept forgetting my order. It was almost as if he was out of it.

Additionally, he used a knife to open a pack of meat, and now all items touched by that knife are no longer vegetarian. I also noticed he didn’t change his gloves between handling meat and vegetables, so any vegetables he touched are now also not considered vegetarian. The register was malfunctioning, unable to give change, and the printer for receipts was jammed. I’m not blaming this new employee; it’s clear he wasn’t given adequate training to manage everything on his own. The sandwich I ordered was good, but given the overall experience, I don’t think I’ll return.
