Starbucks Coffee - Marietta

Although the staff was friendly and attentive, the restaurant was severely understaffed, resulting in an extremely long wait. After an unusually long time, when our order finally arrived, it was incorrect.

I requested that my Shaken Espresso be layered, as shown in the photo, to preserve the flavors. I overheard one of the employees say, "I’ll make it the way I want to make it." After she finished my drink, she looked me in the eye, seemingly anticipating a complaint. I chose to take the incorrect drink and leave. It seems that Starbucks is struggling with staffing issues, which is causing frustration among the remaining employees.

I live very close to this Starbucks, so I visit frequently. Unfortunately, more often than not, they make my drink incorrectly, and when I ask for it to be fixed, I often receive an attitude in response.

This Starbucks does not handle customized orders very well. This is the second time I?ve created a custom order (not that complicated) and they have seriously messed it up. Last time, I asked for cinnamon and they put so much on the top I had to scoop it out with a spoon and still had too much left. I?ve placed this order multiple times at several other locations and they all get it right and not try to put too much or too little of something. I wish this location wasn?t the closest to my house. Might have to start making a little bit further of a drive to get good coffee with better service

15 minutes in the drive thru 2 cars in front of me ordered one drink just like me. 3 employees should be enough. I asked for light ice and it?s 2/3 full of ice. Brookstone Starbucks puts this one to shame.
