Padella Restaurant - Hyatt Regency Suites Atlanta Northwest

Terrible eating and service. we got our meals and two of four were sent back. I am vegetarian and I ordered the portobello lasagna. I got the meat lasagne. my friends chicken parm was dry and salty. really bad. Moreover, our server was more busy with the equipment of other tables and then asked us if we needed more water or how our meal times. the bartender also screamed at customers in the dinning hall. it was really just insane. we talked to the manager and he corrected the situation, but no chance that I will be back at any time soon.

I took my 5 year old son here for Valentine's Day. it was perfect for what we needed a nice restaurant in which the inestimacy of a child would not ruin anyone on the day. I wouldn't come back if I wasn't there because the dining room felt like I was eating in the hotel lobby. the waterfalls were beautiful but service was excellent.

We loved our experience to eat here! we had a group of close friends to the birthday of our mother, and the workers took care of her and all of us. They sang happy birthday to her when they broke out her cake, and filled our water glasses in the minute they ran low. it was also quite quiet for a Friday night we loved even more! has loved practically everything about the experience!

The service was slow and terrible. only 2 tables occupied throughout the restaurant and the server could not remember which table ordered what. the menu called for specific pages, but we were brought various pages. the $25 steak was thin, bland and hard. the kalbshut was ok, but far from what they would expect for $29. the cocktails were watered down. very overpriced for the quality of the meal. recommend:

The food tended toward hotel bland...We were hoping it would be better...They do have a nice wine list and the service was very attentive. The value was not good and so I cannot recommend this restaurant to others.
