Krystal - Marietta

Went to the drive thru at 2:25pm on 5/31/2022 and worker said systems were down. It never fails. Every time I go this location they tell me systems are down. Won’t be returning to this location.

Ordered a sack full of 12 cheese and onion only, the order was repeated to me and my order was still wrong. Mustard, pickles, cheese and onion. I can't eat mustard that's why I asked for it not to be on any. Buy at least the lady at the was nice while handing my wrong order.

Tried to order food tonight with no one ahead of me in drive thru and no one inside, they were dead. The girl tells me it will be 30 min wait! Really? Just be honest and say you want a paycheck but don't want to work. Work Krystal ever... Hope the owner or corporate sees this and realizes they got LAZY workers losing them a fortune.....

This is the only Krystal I know of in a three country area. Lots of them have closed including the one by mine and my husband's first apartment where we used to stop for late night munchies on the way home from rock concerts.Everything was fresh and hot. My only criticism is that there were a few onion slivers hanging onto the Krystal's that I ordered onion free, but that's pretty much always the case and I've learned to look closely before biting in to one.All in all we enjoyed our food.Please don't close this Krystal!!!!

The chili cheese pods were incredibly fresh, and I couldn't resist pulling over to savor them while they were still hot. It's a great spot to eat!
