Kfc - Marietta

They asked for crispy and gave me what seems daytime and fried huh. the last on the trip thru have copied me a 2/3 filled soda then a posture after I politely asked them to add more.

We visited in quite a rush, and unfortunately, they got our order wrong. We ended up waiting inside for nearly 20 minutes for just one item. I almost walked out and didn’t bother waiting. The staff seemed to be taking it easy but were polite and courteous. The food itself was good.

At that point, she was helping another employee, and they insisted they had it right, even though they never actually confirmed my order back to me. When I received my bag, it contained the wrong order and even included extra items I didn’t order. I pointed out that the order wasn’t correct, and they reassured me they would fix it. When I asked if I was charged too much, one of the girls responded dismissively, “What do you want, an extra side?” At that moment, I just wanted to leave, so I declined and drove off. When I checked my bag, I found none of the items I ordered included. I was furious and decided to go inside to speak to a manager. The man at the register claimed to be the manager, but he was rude from the moment I stepped in and showed no concern for my situation. He wouldn’t tell me his name or that of his supervisor. I repeated my order at least four times before he finally got it right, all while he treated me like I had done something wrong. To add insult to injury, a female employee who had nothing to do with my issue chimed in, suggesting I should go somewhere else and order something organic and healthy. I will never return to this place.

The person taking our order laughed at us, which was very unprofessional. Our bag was missing two gravies, leaving everything quite dry. To top it off, there was a biscuit with a bite taken out of it! For $35, we were incredibly disappointed, especially since we couldn’t even eat the chicken. We worked hard for this meal only to be treated this way. I recommend staying away from this place!

I would give zero stars. This is the worst Taco Bell/kfc in existence. The kids that work there give zero f 's. The beans always taste like metal. I 've tried it three times and the last time I pulled up to the window and wanted to add another item and was told oh, we can 't add items at the window. What??? I truly feel bad the owner of this location. Your managers are failing you big time. Definitely won 't give it another try.
