Green Tomato Cafe - Marietta

The food here leaves much to be desired; most of the vegetables seem to be either canned or frozen. The meats are decent, but the cornbread is disappointing—it crumbles when you take a bite, and you can tell it was prepared a day or three ago. If you're just looking for something other than fast food to satisfy your hunger, this might be an option. However, if you're in search of fresh, well-cooked vegetables, this is not the right spot for you. On a positive note, the restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly.

First time visit. We walked in to blaring Christian music that was very loud. The male that served us was not very engaged and didn't seem to want to be there. The pork chop I had was okay, but the tea was spoiled. The green beans were definitely canned, although the cabbage was fresh. I would rate the food as mediocre to decent. I'm not sure we will visit again.

The only positive aspect of my meal was that the pork chop was passable. Unfortunately, the service was quite poor, and it's easy to see why we were the only diners there. I felt more unwelcome than anything else. Additionally, the restaurant was excessively hot inside. To make matters worse, it was quite pricey. I recommend saving your money and choosing a different place. My meal cost over $13, and I left still hungry.

This place was absolutely horrible. Fried chicken fried in old grease and undercooked,mac and cheese and mashed potatoes tasteless bland and dry. Customer service worse than food and unclean workers. They acted like they didn't want to do anything like we was wasting they precious time. Male employee sneezed very loudly without covering mouth over food and didnt wash hands. Female employee used bathroom hear the toilet flush and came straight out without washing hands. We walked out still hungry and in disgust. Called health department on these nasty people. Don't walk run away!!!!
