Came to get a drink at 851 and was said to close them in 8 minutes so they couldn't make it. I swear, these companies really need to adapt their hours or better train employees

Staff just sit around and the coffee tastes old and nasty. I even went back and asked a fresher cup and it was as old and evil as before. They don't care. I had a good coffee in Dunkin, but this place needs a better manager because their coffee is suffering.

The young girl in the drive-thru with short brown hair seemed quite stressed, but she managed to control her emotions and stay friendly! As we all know, that's not an easy thing to accomplish.

I wouldn't recommend going in unless you can clearly hear the young lady at the register, as she's not speaking loudly enough to get past her ineffective mask and the plexiglass barrier. The coffee here is overly creamy, so if you visit, be prepared to explain to the staff how to make it properly. I suggest going out of your way to the Canton Road location for your coffee, as they excel at what they do. The atmosphere inside the store was quite uncomfortable, as the employees seemed to lack respect for one another, creating a hostile work environment. They forgot to make my bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and only started preparing it when someone who appeared to be the shift leader inquired why I was still waiting. When I finally received my sandwich, it was over-proofed and stale. Regulars might want to reconsider their choice. On the upside, the drink wasn’t too bad and they did serve it quickly.
