I had a unique experience at this restaurant where they served chicken strips and fries in a paper bag—no closed box, just a simple bag. I’ve never encountered anything like that before!

I placed a mobile order yesterday at 12:15 PM but found signs on the restaurant door indicating that it was closed for the day when I arrived to pick it up. I was left without my order and had no way to get a refund. This morning at 10:45 AM, I called and asked to speak with the manager. When she came to the phone, I explained the situation—that I had made a mobile order yesterday but the restaurant was closed when I went to collect it. I requested either a refund or to have my order fulfilled today. She informed me that only the owner could issue refunds; as a manager, she was unable to open the register and the owner was not available. I then asked if I could simply receive the snowstorm I ordered yesterday in lieu of a refund. After taking my name, she confirmed that I had indeed placed an order yesterday. Initially, she said no, but then changed her mind and said I could pick up my order in a few hours once she had reassembled the machine. I've previously enjoyed ordering from this place due to the convenience of mobile orders, but after picking up my replacement order today, I will not be returning. It’s concerning that a manager is not authorized to issue refunds, and mobile orders should not be accepted when the restaurant is closed.

Amazing place they have something for everyone. Cool blizzards and shakes in the Georgia heat is the best. Also try the coke freestyle machine and make your own combo drink. Staff is super friendly too.

Not as fast as McDonald's, but it was fresh and made to order. Good job!

Food and service were great. I had no problem using my coupon.
