Burger King - Marietta

Having worked in customer service before, I can confidently say that this location is outstanding. I never have to wait in line, and the food is consistently hot and fresh.

The jalapeño bites were hot, crispy, and flavorful. The seasoning was just right for me—spicy, but not overwhelmingly so. They have one of those soda machines with a ton of options, but I didn't have any cash on me. The best part about this Burger King, though, was the staff. They were friendly and efficient, making my visit enjoyable. While I was filling my drink, I accidentally left my debit card behind. The next day, when I realized what had happened, I called the location with little hope of getting it back since I had left it in a public place. To my surprise, they had kept it safe for me! I’m so grateful. When I went to pick up my card, one of the employees said, "Oh yes, I remember you!" I could have ended up with a lot of hassle dealing with a lost card, but thanks to them, everything was resolved. Thank you, Burger King crew!

I had an excellent experience at this restaurant thanks to the fantastic service from the team. They made us feel very welcome. When we were in a hurry, Valerie quickly prepared our fries and brought out the other half of our meal promptly. Their friendly smiles definitely earned them a nice tip! And don’t forget to try their Whopper – it’s a must!

My favourite place. the bacon king is a must. I also love the bk app. today the staff is a little loud. I would return every day.

Just moved to the area and it great to see that staff working were and nice and welcoming. They will start conversation too see how your day is going and care wether or not you are have a good day and will try to brighten your day. Especially Dahlia who always enjoys to chat with you even if it’s just a brief hello or how are you. It’s nice to know that there are still some places that care for the people and not just the card in your pocket.
