Copper Cactus Grill At Harrah's Ak-chin

You come to Casino and everything is closed. Unbelievable !

This place is a fast food restaurant. You order and then go sit until they call you to pick up. We got Nachos, a chicken Caesar salad and a steak sandwich with fries. Everything was around $40. You can use reward points to pay for food.

I gave my wife the choice of which restaurant to go for her birthday while staying at Ak Chin Casino in Maricopa AZ. This was the restaurant she chose. She got the chicken tenders with fry's and soda and I got the cheese pizza. Food was good and plenty for several meals. Worth the price.

Wait was quite long (just me in line cashier busy ordered blt sub but got chicken breast and ham. Ask for alternate to fries and all they offered was Cole slaw. Took it to my room and realized sub was wrong. Took off the ham and wilted lettuce and ate the chicken. Very grisly. Cole slaw was nasty like it was days old. 2nd day I got chicken fingers. They were hard and dried out. On top of bad food you have to go down a hall to pick up the food they don 't even bring it to you. Very bad mgmnt and system.

I was surprised with the bad review. Because for me this is the best thing at this casino. Amazing food! Staff friendly. The casino in the Oder hand terrible.I highly recommend.
